I purchased 3 jugs from the seller. I took a long time to get here to Canada. I was told that the cost included duties and fees, but when it arrived I had to pay additional fees. Then after 3 weeks 2 out of the 3 jugs were leaking as per the video attached. I contacted the seller and there was no response and no feedback. I keep messaging but I have not received any response and the seller has turned off replies, so I can't message anymore. I tried to file a complaint but the website has a glitch and I am unable to do anything. Very bad experience and the lack of care is very disappointing. Monika Dabrowska
